The above rental property prices include all of your annual accounting and tax needs for a full financial year. This includes the preparation of the financial statements and company/trust tax return, individual tax return(s), companies office requirements and general tax advice including phone discussions and email correspondence. The only extra costs are listed below under ‘General Costs’.
Example 1: An LAQC that owns one property for a full year is $600 ($675.00 incl gst).
Example 2: A property purchased in your personal capacity ($400) in December (-$100) is $300 ($337.50 incl gst)
Example 3: An LAQC that owns two properties at the start of a tax year ($600 + $200) and purchases a third property during that year (+$200), the price is $1,000 ($1,125.00 incl gst).
